I don't see why Scout's Leave threads is a sticky in the General discussion board, We should have our a Leave/Arrivals Forums and put it there.

I don't know who unlocked and stickied it. I locked it and left it there.And what about a smaler board like memory board ? Evry member/admin who left could be placed there?
