Lots of houses, like Milk said, at least enough for the people of the server to be comfortable with.
Way I think it should be set up is a small town in the woods next to some kind of factory or lumber mill.

My ideas:
Antlion Hive: Nursery, Queen Chamber, 'Barrack', all that linked to a mine or something similar. (Like HL2-Ep2)
Dam: A Dam that would need to be restored by a faction to be able to power the area. It would be far from the houses and very small. OTA won't know its here has the forest hide it and its a private property structure.
Mine: The area was rich in mineral before and the production was stoped by the seven hour war, now it still have some ressources, but many human took refuge inside of it and locked access to Antlion Hive.
Old SawMill: The area is rich in wood and after restoring the SawMill power, we may be able to start using it.
I will find more idea, but the one listed here are my favorite.

Add a Lake to swim in and some miscellaneous things such at Flora and Maybe Some ores and stuff in the antlion caves, to promote A Survival-style approach into the RP.
P.S., The Waterfall reminds me of Ocarina of Time. Thank you Aspen for some fresh nostalgia.

I kind of want to know where we stand currently with the map Aspen, mostly so we can know whether or not we can still make any suggestions and the magnitude of such.
If not, I do want to suggest just a thick forest zone, not necessariy big, but big enough to be a little lost in.
