Right, this is a warning going out to all community members, if I don't see people acting properly, such as:
Ignoring a weapon to their head.
Ignoring multiple weapons aimed in their direction.
Ignoring weapons discharges as nothing more than a wind breeze.
Ignoring a threat.
Ignoring a brutally injured person without so much as acknowledging their presence.
Ignoring weather conditions such as, rain, snow, extreme cold or heat, and only RPing when you are reminded.
Ignoring a gunshot wound or any other type of wound, biogel is not a fix-all, that instantly makes you healed.
Ignoring anything that would catch your attention in reality.

If you fail to Rp properly, your character will be deleted and removed from the canon, no matter their contributions to whatever. Nobody is safe from this rule, not even I will be. If you want your character to have something that is considered "extreme" Such as weather resistance or special clothing (IE Assassin suits), you must run it by me or Scout for authorization. Your definition of extreme may be different from mine or Scout's, act accordingly.
If this is broken enough I will do a character wipe of the MySQL, save for whatever characters I feel are worth saving, if it continues after that point, the canon will be wiped, complete character wipe, and we are going to start from the beginning.
I honestly hope not to do that, but I will do it if absolutely necessary.
And for those retards who want to tl:dr, Shape the fuck up, or you loose your shit and don't get it back.

No, seriously. No rogues until properly made, no old characters, nothing, new characters, with different lives. No item gives. No organized resistance, nothin', we should start out in the canals again, and work our ways over the weeks/days back to the outlands with Combine rule still. AND MAYBE A MOTHAFUCKIN' SUPPRESSION FIELD THAT DOESN'T BREAK EVERY 2 YEARS OR WHENEVER PPL FEEL LIKE IT. We could use an entire wipe. IMHO.

You all (Those who caused this response, which is slightly me too) seemed to be under the belief that Shisno was a pushover. He is NOT. You will be punished to the fullest extent of this response if you do not follow its guidelines. Being specific here admins VERY specific. You must not be a fucking pushover and look the other way. If you see ANY shit like this you are to report it. If you cannot do your job then it is obvious Shisno made an error in accepting you into the team, and appropriate action should be taken against you. ADMINS; We are the server's key role models. Many players look up to us for reference. We expect you to NEVER break this rule! If players are abiding and admin is not something is wrong. I PROMISE you if I see one of you I will go straight to Shisno or Scout.

This is A ZERO TOLERANCE policy. If you do not want to be punished then don't disobey it.

TBH, the main problem is that everyone is trigger happy, you can't solve everything using guns. Granted, if they are a menace, then it is justified. But going around shooting people because they look at you the wrong way just makes me think that your chars are bad asses that can't take criticism.

three, what if somebody cannot oocly see something, I.E the infamous invisible model glitch,

forth for the "ignoring injured" what if you hate the person, and leave them

fifth, (unlikely, but) what if you don't hear it? (the gunshot)

sixth, for the threats, what if you have no feeling for life cuz all your friends died,

seventh, would a ghille suit hold out well from rain, snow, extreme cold (heat ofc may be a slight problem)

btw, I approve of the bio-jell thing, it isn't a fix all, and I usually even with bio-jel resort to healing the classic med rp way

One: They're crazy, not retarded. They have fears.

Two: Wouldn't miss you much.

Three: Then it happens, but you should always be aware of your RP situation.

Four: You'd still acknowledge the person, not just walk right on past during your daily stroll.

Five: If it's an event, or you can OOCly hear it, you'd hear it IC. So therefore, you'd almost always hear it.

Sixth: Refer to number one, replace crazy with depressed.

I agree on all of it except for the one with injured people. It's really your choice is you wanna help them, and I don't see any point in doing a '/me looks to the person but keeps on walking'.
If you're, say, RPing in a house with someone screaming out in pain next to you and you don't take that into account, then the rule makes sense.

I don't like the injured rule, I can leave somebody wounded if I want to!

Oh hey, look it's me! Just dropping by to say that if this would be fixed DRP would be less of a laughing stock (Trust me, if someone jokes about FailRP's almost everyone starts talking about DRP and how bad it is)

While we are at it, banning them lesbian characters would be nice.

You have to acknowledge them, that's the rule. Leave them if you want, but not following this rule will result in the consequences listed above.

I actually did it recently, I walked over two people stabbing eachother and was like, k. and got a bounty I went to go collect and did it again going back up. But yeah, it also sucks when people are doing a /me and someone just keeps walking like, Idgaf, who are you. and shit.
