RCT- You are a fresh face. You look to your higher ups and to others among you for inspiration and guidance.

04- You are enlisted, and ready for full MPF Duties. Your Pro-Union Brainwashing is but barely starting to set in. Recruits watch you as they hope to patrol with you.

03- You are one rank down the chain. You don a Divisional Patch, and do work for the Division you chose to join. Others hope to be in your shoes someday, doing the Work of the Division.

02- Your brainwashing is almost completely set in. Others below you look up to you for guidance and advice. You don the 02 Designated MP7; A mark of your accomplishments for the Union, and your Undying loyalty.

01- Your Brainwashing is Completely set in, and your loyalty is everything but stuttering. Recruits look to you in amazement as you walk along the Ration lobby, and out to patrol.

EpU- You are an Elite Unit, Sent in when the heat is high. Enlisted Units look up to you in fear and amazement as you crush the skulls of your enemies in Undying and Unwavering loyalty to the Union and its benefactors.

OfC- You are a Minor leader of the force. Your wishes are taken seriously by the Divisional Leaders. Others look up to you for guidance and assistance. Wherever you go, you are regarded highly, and some recruits may even fear you. Your loyalty is that of Chain to a wall.

DvL- You are a Divisional Leader. Your Division and the rest of the force looks up to you in true amazement as wherever you stride. Your Loyalty to the Union unwavering and Unfaltering, never to be broken. You are a true Idol for all those below, and everyone hopes to walk in your steps some day.

SeC- You are the Symbol. You represent everything that is the MPF, and are regarded as the crown jewel of all things in this City Below the Administrator. You form the bond which is the Union in this city, and your Unbreakable loyalty to it gives a much heeded example to those below you. You are regarded by some Units as a god among men.

Well, In most of the canons I've visited that had CityRP, It went from 01 > EpU > OfC.
And the 04-01 ranks are non-commanding, unless pointed as some sort of squad leader, so I don't think they would be able to command recruit units.

We agreed at the meeting that 04-03 get light brainwashing, while 02-01 get medium brainwashing. And we agreed that we weren't gonna have off duty units. I think 01 can command units under him, I have to check.

It'd help if I was told about the meeting? ;-;
