What are you planning on using this Black Market Dealer flag for ICly?: To give the Resistance a fighting chance against the Combine. More Specifically, so they can defend themselves, not start uprisings.
Please provide a short back-ground on what and how your character has obtained these supplies.: Jonathan, Being born in 1983 was closely related to the old Irish Republican Army. He was born to a father who had Volunteered for it in his early ages. Shortly after his birth, when he was around six, His Father died, and he was left alone due to his mother dying at his birth. Being a foster child, he did what he had to so he could survive, often stealing from others. The one relation to his father he still had left were his Father's Black Market dealers. These men were eager to have Jonathan around, and often took him in like a son. Years later, the Black market dealer died, And Jonathan took over the Ties and sources to support himself. Eventually he was able to go to college with the large amount of income he was getting. He later hired more people and set up a web of Black Market trafficking through-out the United Kingdoms, and Mainland Europe. When the 7-hour war struck and people were relocated, This did not hurt his ties. He was Relocated to City 18, and made prompt contact with his web of Dealers. He sent someone to relocate back in Ireland to take his place, and said he would be "Fixing things up" In City Eighteen. Nobody knows exactly what he meant.
How does your character gain his supplies? It should be stated above.: Former IRA-Dealing Black Market Traffickers.
Please state how you would interact with a raid on the building or room you are stationed in to sell supplies out of. (Remember, there are no Resistance guards or anything with you. Must be atleast 20 /me's of your actions and /it's for the Civil Protection's actions. Think Realisticly.)

** Jonathan grabs his shotgun, he lays it over the ramp edge. He Grabs a length of rope on the shelf.
** UNIT 01 Knocks a second time.
** Jonathan goes to the doorknob, securing one end to the door, and the other around the trigger of the gun.
** Jonathan Kicks over two tables, pulling them by, and then grabs a kitchen knife, And his pistol.
** UNIT 01 brings his foot back, kicking the door in- BANG.
** UNIT 01 is immediately dispatched by the shotgun, The other units lean behind the wall. "LOST BIOSIGNAL FOR PROTECTION TEAM UNIT. ALL UNITS CONVEY."
** Jonathan cocks the slide of his pistol, chambering a 9mm cartridge.
** Jonathan hops up, pulling himself up the rail, he grabs the shotgun, pumping it.
** UNIT 03 leans out into view, his gun ready.
** Jonathan fires the shotgun, blowing UNIT 03 into pieces.
** Something flies around the corner, and below into the eating area.
** Jonathan looks back, and sees a metal tube. He abandons his shotgun, and Drops down, hopping behind a table as the entire room is showered with shrapnel.
BOOM.
** UNIT 02 and 04 enter.
** Jonathan sees one run down the staircase. He readies his knife.
** UNIT 02 Runs down the staircase, he brings up his pistol.
** Jonathan throws the knife. SHINK. It embeds itself into the Unit's neck.
** UNIT 04 looks down below, and fires a round, which embeds itself into Jonathan's Kevlar vest.
** Jonathan holds his wound, which he realizes is not a wound. He brings up his pistol while running towards the kitchen, firing. POW POW, POW.
** UNIT 04 Catches two bullets in the chest. He steps back, and recovers, in pursuit.
** Jonathan gets into the kitchen. He opens a cabinet and grabs a can of air freshener, He quickly retrieves his lighter, and begins scraping the ignition.
** UNIT 04 comes in, firing twice into Jonathan's chest.
** Jonathan Falls, feigning death.
** UNIT 04 walks up, he radios in "Anti-citizen dispatched. Awaiting further orders."
** Jonathan opens his eyes, he ignites his light, holding it in front of the Aerosol. He sprays, creating a Devastating improvised flamethrower. The Unit screams, as he steps back, then to his knees, and to the ground.
** Jonathan raises his pistol, firing twice into the Unit's head to make sure he is dead. He exits the Fat Nargodian limping, from several minor burns, and a bullet wound.
How many times a WEEK do you expect for your inventory to ICly be re-stocked?: 1-2, Or None. Orders may be filled out and brought on request, rather than immediate transactions
When can you perform an Interview with an Admin for the application? (To Weed Out Retards or Borderline Retards of BmDing): Now.
